Hi there, and welcome to my website. My name is Ethan Collister and I'm a songwriter from Calgary, Alberta.
What's new, you ask? Well, I recently finished up another season watching for fires atop my lonely tower in the great North. I've been released to walk amongst the snares of the world once again, and I'm excited to return to society's mystifying kingdom. My lonesome summer has equipped me with a collection of new material and a fresh pair of eyes. I'm feeling inspired, galvanized by the buzz of the world, and I'm eager to play live again.
I've got a couple of gigs booked on the West Coast for October, and I'm planning some dates in the prairies and the East Coast. I'm currently crafting material for a new album that I'm planning to record in 2009, and of course I'm traveling hard in the meantime. Keep an ear to the ground and perhaps our paths may cross in some strange and wonderful place.
